my current setup is evo3, 680cc, walbro 190, safc2, on 15 psi. i did a cpl of logs just to see some numbers. for a while now i have been trying to tune the car without my new fmic and wideband. i am a beginner at tuning but know what i look for and what i'm supposed to be doing. ony my logs i just can't seem to be get my timing to go up. off of narrowband o2's it seems like im not too rich, so whats the deal. i will be getting my wideband and fmic on in the next cpl of days...

Still rich.

Also the fact that you are not flowing much air and are taking out lots of fuel with the S-AFC will keep your timing down.

Try -35 from 4k to 5k and then -38 for the rest.

Is that a fuel filter mod on your intake, Id get rid of that if I were you. Been blowing Blue smoke???

ill try those settings i just didn't wanna run too lean and create bad knock. if i do go to lean what are some signs from my pocketlogger that it is occuring? can u tune using airflow?

i got my wideband, and everything is going well but it seems as tho on 15psi with my afr decent my timing still isn't going up. at lower 5000 range it goes up but between 3300 and 5000 it stays at 13? what are some things i can do?

Did you still need rpm cable. I was wondering if I could meet with you before wed to borrow your pocket logger to check timing and you could use the rpm cable. unless your wideband came with the cable then your in good shape. For the NFO I work

Fri 8am-4pm
sat 6am-3pm
sun 8-4 I don't know if this conflicits with your shecdule.

I was just curious what my timing was. Its ok if you have other things your doing. :) :)
