and as refering to a fast car, obviously you mean a turbo modle, they arnt fast either, stock their moderatly quick, thats about asfar as I would go.

I would classify high 12's-low 13's as fast, anything lower is extreme. by the avg dsm standards.

I would say the 4g63NT is better then the 420a

The 4g63NT's transmission can't hold boost according to most people. The 420A has proven itself to be better at holding boost. At least from all the research I've done. IF you want a good project and can afford to wait for a fast car get the 420A. IF you just want something you can make fast quickly get the 4g63T. everyone has their personal opinions.
