My clutch pedal creaks when I push it in. I'm not sure what it is but it is definetly coming from the clutch itself. I had a freind push it in and I crawled under the car. It sounds like a crunchy creak, not like a door or something. I just put a new master and slave cylinder in it and I think it is all bled. It seems like the slave cylinder isn't moving enough when you look at it though. I pushed it back when the pedal was out and had my friend push the pedal back in. Then the pedal got stuck to the floor. The master cylinder is all the way out. it only has about two or three more turns till there is nothing else to adjust. Any input might help. Thanks.

Did you apply grease to the tip of the slave cylinder push rod where it contacts the release fork? Try that first then reblead the system. If you manually push the slave push rod inwards it can allow air to get into the system by way of the fluid reservoir I believe, It may have pushed fluid out past the cap of the reservoir.
Let us know if this works.

Check the pedal assembly for any cracks also. My friends pedal assembly was broken and made the creaking sounds also. I can't remember where it was broken but I do remember him having problems with the master and slave not moving like it should. After he replaced the pedals it was fine.

Mine creaks like you're mentioning when I adjust the clutch to a certain point. Try adjusting it differently and see if the sound goes away. There's definitely air or a leak in the system somewhere since you said the clutch pedal stuck to the floor. You had to pick it back up with your hand right?

Well i just out in a new master cylinder and slave cylinder. There are no leaks that i can see, and yet there was pretty much air in it last night when i bled it again. I was listening and it was creaking from the bellhousing. It sounded like the clutch disc kinda. It was like a crackling creaking noise.

So you bled the system. Now that all of the air is out the pedal should be operating fine. As for the creaking sound are you sure it's coming from inside the bellhousing? It's very common for the rod to creak when moving on the TOB release fork. Which if you're looking at is right on the bellhousing. You may be getting the sounds location confused.

well i will lay under my car tonight and have my friedn push the pedal. I'm pretty sure is was coming from inside the bellhousing... but i'll look again to double check. It could pssible be the TOB release fork. I'll check again.
