My cars ac is blowing out warm air whats the problem?

Alright Im trying to get my A/C working again but i was wondering why is my car blowing out air inside my car when the compressor is not moving and does not have a belt.

oh by the way its a 1996 spyder eclipse.

This is why your AC is not working...

The blower motor is on is why its blowing air (heat and AC use the same blower) This air will be close to whatever the ambient air temp is.
