My car won't rev

I have this problem going on with my 90 TSI. Somehow it keeps shutting off my injectors. I've replaced 3 different maf sensor already. When I press the gas around 20%-50% it wont rev. My datalogger shows a good sign on maf signal but the injector p/m goes 3.00ms to 0.00ms. My CEL send a throttle position sensor signal but my datalogger sees it goes up and down. What could this be. I'm using the BBK 70mm tb using their stock TPS.
