My Car Autocross Material?

I’m looking to get into autocross racing in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus Ohio. I have been trying to contact a few people to get some info on it and it seems like no one can message me back. Anyone have some input on the whole autocross thing?

Secondly here are my mods: Apexi Power Ram Air Intake Cone, HKS SSQV BOV, Dejon Upper Intercooler Piping, MSD 8.5 Ignition Wires, NGK Spark Plugs, ACT 2600 Clutch and Lightened Flywheel, Apexi N1 Exhaust and Downpipe, upgraded brake pads and rotors, Tein Super Street Coilovers with Pillow Ball Uppermounts (Soon to get EDFC), GReddy Turbo Timer, Autometer Oil Temp and Pressure gauges, and Poly Shifter Bushings. On the non-aftermarket side I run a half synthetic oil blend, K&N Performance Oil Filter, newly rebuild transmission, and my car is dropped about 1.75 inches all around (Should I Go Lower?), and I run new bf all season ultra performance tires.

Is this a good set up so far? Any input would be great. Thanks!

Hey guys. I hope you can help me. I was ran off the road about a year and half ago and been fixin the car since then... costing me a lot of money because the whole front clip was messed. I just finished everything then my front suspension went out... what should I look to buy? coilovers? springs and struts? This car is going to be a weekend driver and see a lot of track time (auto-cross and little drag). I wanna focus on being mainly autocross so any suggestions would help especially from the guys who actually run autocross. Thanks!

what sort of budget do you have to work with?

Koni Sports with Ground Control Coil-overs work great for me. not on the super expensive side either.

If you want to autocross read the rules and see what the allowable modifications are for the class you want to be in. If your mods list is updated it sounds like you'll be in Street Prepared but I can't remember if the BOV upgrade will put you in Street Modified. If thats the case maybe put the stock BOV back on. SP is more or less and open suspension class and I'd say shoot for some coilovers. If you really want to be competetive you'll need some race wheels and tires too. If its just for fun then +1 on the koni yellows and GC coils. I'm running Tokico Illumnia 5-ways with the adjustable spring perches as well but so far I'm not too impressed. But never count out yourself, seat time and driver skill is 80% of the battle, tires 15% everything else 5%. I get my butt kicked all day by guys in STOCK miatas that have been doing this forever and are amazing drivers.

My budget is about 1200 or so. My upgrade list should be up to date. I looking to get some good rubber put on next after the suspension also.
