My 1gb! w00t!!!

Well, I bought my first DSM, and it will be a nice long welcome to the club!

It's a 92 Talon TSi AWD, blue, and nicely modded to give me a starting block. The issue though, is it has rod knock. It will be flat-bedded home on the 31st at which time I'll be tearing the bottom end off to replace the bearings with nice new Clevite pieces and hopefully remedying the issue. But, it's overall very nice. Apex'i 3" turbo-back, Dejon tool GM MAF UIC pipes w/ MAF and translator, big 16g, MBC, koni yellows, looks like Ground Control coilovers. I'm real excited to get it home and back running again. If all goes well in good time I may try to make the shootout with it.

I wish i could have found another eclipse or talon that color. I miss my 92 gsx that i had back in nc. But i got a lil more done to the 91 tsi i have now. I just love 1g dsm's all together. Love the car so far man. looks like your cleaning it up nice. Best thing to do is get em cleaned up and not mess em up.
