Mufflers that dont look like coffee cans

heres my $.02
a) i like my Apexi Dunk Muffler, does not sounds like it looks... i got alot of laughs from my non-dsm friends about the 5 inch exit... but it's not a loud raspy sounding muffler....

b) duals is possable on a 2G, on my way home from HIN this year i saw a kid on the highway with duals.... looked like 2 N1 Mufflers, they did hang down a little low.. that was a little too much for me.. and the thing was so loud, i slowed down go he would go away...

Funny, I never thought of my exhaust as a "coffee can exhaust" - and mine has a 4" tip... closer to the size of a soda can than a coffee can. I too wanted a dual 3" tip when I started shopping, but I'm happy with this one - it's a Thermal by the way.

ludachris... yours doesnt look like a coffee can really... i was talking about the big honkin ones. yours looks alright. nice clean white car by the way.

No offense taken, just wanted to show you what a 4" tip looked like installed... many of the exhausts for our cars come with this size tip. The 5" is a little big for my taste.

Sure you can, a buddy of mine has them on his widebody eclipse, just takes a little bit of fabrication. But it can be done.
