MSD 6al w/ Cop?? can it be done

hey guys so before i jump into doing this conversion i want to run it by everyone just to make sure it can be done. i have an msd 6al w/ 2 step from mustang i used to have and i have a homemade COP setup for a 4g63 using chrysler coils. is there a way for me to wire up the 6al to work with the coils because i know that running the cop on the stock ignition is a waste of time but i wanna clean up my engine bay so id like to run them. has anyone done it? thanks

The 6AL is a single channel system and is not compatible with the 4 coil coil-on-plug setup. You would need the two channel DIS-2 or something similar.
