mpi relay wire, where does it go

i was looking at the wiring harness by the ignition coil and such and i noticed a random connector hanging there. I looked at the wire and it was black with a white tracer. my papaers say its an mpi relay contol so where does this clip connect to?

btw is a 93 tsi 5 speed with no the air conditioning removed
