Um, just a little confused here. You said you are getting a new mount from mistu? That will come with the whole mount and rubber etc.

If you got the prothane kit, that will also come with the rear inserts to stick in between the rubber on the stock mount.

In additon, you know my buddy Stevie would make that a solid mount for you if you just send him the bracket?

Or did I misunderstand?

yup sorry im buying the bracket not the mount i was wondering how much he would charge for the mount and what i have to send him? i was looking to not just put the prothanes in the rear just in case it is shot :notgood:

well ive heard that if you upgrade your firewall mount to a solid one, your whole dash will rattle and feel like an earthquake ever time you drive hard. Im not saying it will, Im just giving my 2 cents

I would suggest buying a new one from the Stealership or ebay/junkyard... and going with the polyurethane inserts

i thanks diamond i really appreciate the input but i think i might be able to deal with it considering iv driven with a broken mount for almost 2 years :ohdamn:

I sure hope so me and my bro tried it on his eclipse and holy sh#t that thing vibrated like a V8 Powered Dildo! :tease: we took it off after we had are fun with it and i thought my polys were bad, but it was nothing like the solid mounts!! unless your engine is uber balanced...
