Motor Mount related to Electrical problem.

Yesterday I put in my new Prothane Motor mount and when I started up the car I notice some of the Dash lights (Oil, Brake, Coolant level) flicker then stay on constantly. Once the car is warmed up at idle the lights are off, then when I put any throttle in, the lights come back on.
Now I'm thinking since I put in my Motor mount the shaking could be cause a loosed ground to be going all hay wire and such. But my friend thinks it could be my Alternator taking a crap on me. Any ideas?

Have your alternator tested at your local auto parts store.

No. I am going to check it tomorrow morning but I did notice with my DSMlink log, my battery was only showing low 13s volt not 14 like it should.
