What are the most Affordable Appearance Upgrades that really enhance your rides look?

Things that come to mind:

2Gb front bumper (if you have a 2Ga Eclipse/Talon)

OEM 5x114,3 wheels from other brands, preferably 17 inch.

Yellow tinted/smoked foglights and/or headlights (if legal in your area).

Brake caliper respray, red/yellow/white usually works good to make them pop.

Honestly though these cars are great looking out of the factory. The biggest upgrade looks wise is always a good set of wheels, followed by a fresh paintjob.
