Check your local craigslist and you'll find eclipse's being parted out then spend some gas and you'll be surprised. I found some 2gb ground effects (60 bucks for my 95 "2gb" conversion) and I wasn't even looking for 'em. You'll meet people who mess with our cars too and that's a bonus

No, thats what those holes in the bumper are for, reverse lights.

Probly not, usually when you try and smoke out taillights that have the crome inside like yours to they come out looking bronze instead of smoked. Just get a stock set from ebay there are tons on there and you can get a complete set for dirt cheap.

Thats up to you, I wouldnt but thats me. If I were you I would grab those lights off ebay and then have your center piece painted blue when you get the bumpers done, it would look super clean.

I was just thinking the same thing. I would think to spray the center piece same color as my body and tint out the tailights to keep the blue/black thing going.\

I always smoke mine, however, local law enforcement doesn't really care much plus I make sure it's legal (visible for 500ft in SD). Every car I've owned I've smoked the tails on.

As long as you do it right it will. Niteshade, clear, wetsand, buff. A glossy tint job will look very nice.
