More Problems!! Please Help

Hey guys well the problems jus tkeep on coming. After installing my new tranny I realized I ordered the wrong shifter cables so I need to get the right ones. But my real problems started right after I installed my MBC and boos gauge. After following all the directions, I took the car for a test run and the gauge was reading 20lbs of boost. Since then everytime I step on the gas pedal huge clouds of white smoke come out of my exhaust. Also for some reason my temperature gauge has stoped working as well. and I'm getting a chattering noise from the drivers side of the motor, sounds like a pulley is loose or something. anybody have any ideas as to whats wrong with my poor baby now?

Do you have the supporting mods to be running 20 psi? That number seems very high if you are on your stock fuel system and the 14b. It'd help to diagnose if you fill out your car profile.

I don't want to run 20 psi, thats where the problems starts. After installing my MBC and gauge, it was reading 20lbs. I followed the direction on the install of the MBC and I even took it off and installed it again just to make sure I did everything right. All my car has is a K&N, 2.5" exhaust and downpipe.

The first MBC I bought didn't work at all, it would not regulate boost at all. I got it for like $15 off E-Bay so I wasn't surprised. Maybe you have a bad MBC. Other than that I don't know, you'll have to wait for someone else to chime in.

I adjusted the MBC (dejon) so just a little air would go through like the instructions said but I don't know wha could be wrong. any help will be appreciated.
