MOORRE Slave cylinder problems.

Ok will someone check if the rod/boot combo has the straight rod in it. Or is theres bent. Cause this is seriously stupider than shit. Ive used 5 bottles of brake fluid, 3 BRAND NEW slave cylinders and no pressure. Everytime I bleed it I will get a little bit of pressure then it makes this werid ass sound and the slot that the rod sits in in the tranny extends out and the rod is not straight inline with the piston, so therefore, i think, it will not retract like it is supposed to. everytime i push that tranny " mount " thing back up in there and make it straight in line with the rod so it can retract. But everytime I bleed it extends out, and doesnt come back Thanks in advance

you have the wrong slave.I have a galant with a eclipse tranny.....eclipse slave(3/4 in bore)...galant slave(13/16 bore) inside diameter on both.did someone do a tranny swap? I have a galant and a talon tsi and both rods are straight if that helps.

is that even possible to have the wrong slave? Thats so ### So what is 3/4 or 13/16 bore? the rod size?

rod length=3 1/2 inches long,fwd and awd have different rods.check your clutch fork,make sure it works correctly.sounds like you are over extending the piston if the rod is bending

Its my fork.. i took the little boot off and it just fell out ! . Now what do I buy next and how hard is it to put a fork in? The fork is the thing the rod was resting in right?

That is not good news...you have to pull the tranny...chances are you broke the pivot ball or the throw-out bearing return clip or both.take the inspection cover off the tranny(metal plate,bottom half of tranny)this will let you shine light into the bell housing as you look through the fork hole to find the problem.Maybe you might get lucky and the fork just fell off the pivot ball.do all your home work before you pull the tranny,it might be an easy fix.use a bright light.

I have no idea what Im lookign at when im looking in it. I see this metal thing that I can move ever so slightly that is agains the clutch and this tiny tiny piece of metal fell out with the fork. Its about 1/2 long and its cylinder and on the ends is chipped kind of. Oh the problems.

get a haynes manual for your car at the auto parts store...it will show you pictures...sounds like the tranny has to come out...bummer
