I don't want to send this thread off track but the girl and I drove out there for Easter, which was really a 3 day weekend of house shopping. Apparently though, because of the extent of my ankle injury, I need at least a surgery and have to completely recover from it before I can separate from the Navy. This of course throws a wrench in our plans, however, I'd rather get it taken care of now then later when I'm a civilian.

It's too bad but I'll end up out there someday, hopefully before the end of the year.

That sucks Corey! Hopefully they get your ankle fixed ASAP.

So I'm going to be in Phoenix at the end of next week picking up my new DD/toy, an '05 Evo 8! I can't wait!

Yea. I'm sorry too! I suppose I'm lucky that, as jacked up as they say, I'm walking now without a limp. That will probably change once I have surgery but, until then, I'm good!

Maybe you AZ DSMers will make it out to MOD in Cypress this year.

hell yea that would be pretty sweet but idk about driven her that far yet shes been doing really good and treating me well! Just hit over the 3000 miles mark on her and still pulling pretty decent at 20 psi on 91 still

I'm selling my '02 lifted Avalanche and '07 Yamaha R6 to pay for it. My wife likes it cause its more family friendly then either of those two vehicles.

We're going to be spending 2 or 3 days in Phoenix but SD is just too far! I may make it back out that way again in June, we'll see.

There is a group that has gone to MOD every year for at least the last 5-6 years. I rode shotgun the last two times to share costs.

Haha. Dave created them himself and I'm sure that, with the time/research he invested, they're priceless. Materials were probably less than a few hundreds dollars, though.
