Here we go, after some lots of search on that how to install (evap) (egr) on 4g63 turbo 2G Engine,

All the information was very confused and not illustrated properly on simple steps with a very bad resolution then I decided to investigate how to test the vacuum stuff and properly illustrate the evap and egr checking and proper installation.

Firstly, let's clarify some thing for people posting imprecise info:

CANISTER - EVAP

(This is the system relief of fuel tank gas caused during the fuel return line from fuel rail or some other circumstances liquid movements inside the fuel tank), it should have a fuel relief sensor, but is has not.

When it is not working, the first problem is when you open the fuel tank and hear a gas pressure relief smelling petrol.

The canister relief plastic valve is controlled by the EVAP SOLENOID VALVE that is energized by the ECU E2T61674 in this study and the canister relief on simple words,

"The valve open and the relief plastic valve is sucked by engine intake vacuum when the solenoid is open and engine is running, then the egr mechanical valve open and recycle the exhaust gas until the engine gets hot or on some other issues, when the engine is decelerating for example.


EGR SOLENOID

It is an electric solenoid that open\close the engine intake pressure or vacuum to open the EGR MECHANICAL VALVE AND THE RELIEF PRESSURE FROM FUEL TANK, again it is the ECM E2T61674 that control this simple electric solenoid, BUT IS THE VACUUM THAT MAKE THE RELIEF VALVE OPEN.

EGR is a technique used to reduce NOx, or nitrogen oxide, EMISSIONS in cars. Nitrogen oxide emissions release particles that trap heat in the atmosphere. Nitrogen oxide forms when a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen are exposed to high temperatures.

EGR recycles a partial amount of the exhaust gas produced by the engine back and sends it back into the engine cylinders by means of an EGR valve.

The EGR valve redistributes the exhaust gas back into the combustion chambers via the intake manifold air stream.

The exhaust gas re-enters the chamber and displaces, or pushes out, some of the combustible matter contained in the cylinder. This reduces the heat produced by combustion.

Nitrogen oxide forms more quickly at high temperatures. By reducing these temperatures via the EGR process, the amount of nitrogen oxide produced is decreased, thereby lowering the resulting pollutant emissions.


EGR VALVE

This mechanical valve control the recycling of "exhaust gas", we mean when the engine is cold, until it get into a certain temperature, the valve will open, also it is responsible for car economy, on decelerations or when the closed switch on "TPS" is closed idling.

This is a vacuum valve screwed on 4g63 engine intake

There we are, just follow the different color... what caused confusion is that the resolution is very bad and it seems some hoses are together, but now it is organized, sure some other person will not have problems when linking the proper hoses of this engine 4g63 turbo 2g 1995 vacuum egr evap purg canister system.
