how can i contact mitsu directly for a factory part i need? thanks.

Through your local dealer. With an Eagle, that can be a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep dealer.

is there a direct number. the dealership is unable to find the carrier bearing for the driver side axle in their computer. i just would rather not deal with them. thanks.

Besides the fact this is in the wrong forum. You willl have to go through some sort of dealershit for your part. If a chrysler dealer can't get it then call a mitsu dealer same part and almost always a cheaper price.

Just go to your local Mitsubishi dealership, they should be able to help you out.

Like the man said "THE DEALERSHIP CANT FIND THE PART" i suggest like defiant try those places. After all there all the same cars just different names for the most part. Try your manuel also there should be one there.

Try an online parts dealer like mitsubishiparts.com et al. Funny thing about these places; they have come to believe that by providing good customer service and lower prices, they can still make money on parts. Strange concept but it seems to be working for them.

I didn't see it in CAPS. But try either JNZTuning or Raxles. (Raxles may be willing to share the part number) They rebuild these.
