Mitsu flanged turbos

So after an informative lesson at jacks I have come to the conclusion that a bigger turbo may be in my future..

I was trying to make 400hp with my evo III 16g which would be possible (just very tricky) but i found out it would be easier and more safe to jus run a bigger turbo. I don't want a huge turbo because i like the quick spool..So my question is ### are some good mid sized ball berring preferably mitsu flanged turbos?

Also its a street car so would it even be worth it to go tubular exhaust mani?

i have dreams of corn juice in my future and im not tryin to spend a couple thousand on a turbo that wont last, and bb tend to last longer with e85

Why don't you use the E85 on your current 16g? You should be able to make quite a bit more power than on pump
Plus then you get a feel for tuning with it

Im thinking about putting it on e85 next year on the 16g for sure but im looking into the future
