So lately ive noticed that my car has like a grinding noise when i accelerate and it seems to be coming from the Alt. and i noticed that the tensioner bolt was missing would that cause the grinding noise and what can i do so that bolt dont loosen no more?:banghead:

yes it will cause a grinding sound. It sort of sounds like electrical sparks mixed with grinding. Also your alt belt will start to slip and squeel. mostly at a stop in wet conditions from my experience.

replace the bolt/nut. use a locking nut

well i ordered the bolt set on ebay should i still add that locking nut?

just for peice of mind so it doesn't come off again, i'd use a locking nut.
and a nut is only like 35 cents so cheap part.
