Brought my car like 6 months ago to Pruven Performance in Milford CT. Was one of the hundreds to have my 7 bolt walk... I went ahead a did a 6 bolt conversion at their shop. In November i received my car back from them, the only problem being was that it was missfireing. So like anyone would do i brought the car back to them for them to fix the problem. it is now the begining of Janurary aned they STILL have my car and the scary part is they can't figure out what is wrong. The have claimed to have checked the Cam angle sensor, ECU, AFC II, And everything to do with the ignition by swaping in a part they knew was good. The car however still missfires and i have no clue what to think since a performance shop like Pruven can't fix my car. The car is drive able, but crusing along it dumps a cylinder and will shake. I have talked to many people and they have told me they had similair problems when they did the 6 bolt conversion and they switched the pins at the ECU and it fixed thei problem?? Is this a normal thing to do when switching to a 6 bolt??? What should i do next?? Any suggestions of what to check on my car to determine what this annoying problem could be. Pruven had had my car since may 2005... Thats like 8 monthes going on 9!!!! Any help would be great!!
