Mishimoto X-Line Radiators?

Ok, here' the situation... a buddy of mine recently picked up a 93 Talon and he is frantically (sp?) trying to get this car back on the road as a DD.

We have put over 10 hours of work into the cooling system recently as a part of an overhaul on the motor. Flushed radiator, new water pump, Tstat, coolant, rad cap, hoses, etc

When we give the car more than 50% throttle, the thing starts to overheat. Yes, it is turbo'd, but the IC does not block the radiator for the most part.

We were looking at options for a new radiator as he thinks a bigger, aluminum radiator will help (along with a nice fan shroud set-up if the stock fan setup cannot be used. Has anyone seen the Mishimoto X-Line? Instead of the "normal" 2 row core, this one has 3.

sounds like there's either air in the system from not being bled all the way or the head gasket is leaking.

It sounds like there is either air in the system or try changing the thermostat you could have a bad 1.. The aluminum radiator is not a bad idea either.. Are the fans comming on??
