It says its for manual cars but I have an automatic. Is it possible it will fit? What's the difference?

Different because of the transmission cooling lines and power steering lines

I didn't think power steering lines had anything to do with it, only transmission lines. Also, if you want to run a MT radiator in an AT, you would need an external transmission cooler (basically a radiator for the trans). I believe mishi also sells them, check them out.

I'm not to sure but I thought my cars come with an external transmission cooler.
I seen something like a mini radiator on the front driver side when I took my bumper off.

sounds like your motor oil cooler... but i may be wrong unless someone already put a tranny cooler

My 97 gst had the same cooloer behind the bumper...it was a external trans cooler.

If you check the existing cooler I think you'll find that the external is in series with another cooler in the bottom of the radiator. You may need a bigger external cooler if you swap to a manual radiator.
