2G misfire only in idle

hello so i just pulled the cylinder head off of my 97 talon tsi from a broken exhaust stud and when i put everything back together the car runs really rough in idle. everything was torqued to spec and it ran before i pulled the head. i have replaced the fpr, fuel filter, checked timing, replaced all spark components, and have no vacuum leaks. the car seems to only misfire at idle but drives fine. any ideas on what it could be?video of misfire

i checked and the oil pump was off could that be causing the rough idle?timing video

All marks only line up every 6 revolutions. Your cams are off also.
If you aren't sure about balance shaft phasing, assuming you have them you need to check.

at tdc i thought the cam marks are supposed to face each other?

They appear to but they aren't. Look closer. Exhaust is slightly counterclockwise from the mark and intake is slightly clockwise. Stick a straightedge on it and you will see.

Good deal. I assume you are good with tension. Protrusion of the hydraulic tensioner must be correct. Glad I could help.
