2G Idle / Misfire When idling Only

No check engine lights, vacuum gauge was at 20 now 15, can't find any vacuum leaks. ICV New. Still Same problem. Drives fine just idles bad

The likely causes for 'idles bad' but 'drives fine' involve something leaking into the intake system. Air leak (one you haven't found -- have you checked the PCV valve?), burned valve causing exhaust leak into one or more cylinders, exhaust gas recirculation valve that's stuck open (EGR should be closed when idling), leaking/blown head gasket (small leak either exhaust or coolant). The history often gives a clue -- mileage, work recently done, things a PO told you, whether the problem came on slowly or all at once.

Conduct a boost leak test. You will find the leak.
