MHI TDO5H Turbo Cartridge question?

Hey Guys, Im thinking about buying a new oem MHI turbo cartridge I was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference between theese cartridge numbers. The one im looking two buy is second one listed for evo 4-8 and not the evo 1-3 Will this work in place of my tdo5 14b turbo cartridge?

TD05H-16G-7 8 EVO1~3 / Eclipse / Galant 4G63 1.6~2.2L engine

MHI 49178-01580 TD05HRA-16G6-9.8T 1 EVO4~8 1.8~2.2L engine

Neither of these will work because the 14b has a different center cap than any 16g turbo. And I also belive the Evo 4-8 turbos are flipped so the turbine housing faces the passenger side of the car.
