Well we tried ethanol with methanol without an innercooler and didnt work so well. First we've tried it with a 12gph nozzle and got high IAT's well above 200* with 50/50 methanol. Then we added a 17gph nozzle and switched to 100% methanol and got the IAT's down to 100*. But then that's when the problem occured the methanol wasnt getting distributed equally to each cylinder which would cause 1 cylinder to lean out so much that it melted the spark plug and burned up a valve. So I dont recommend anyone tring this. You would have to direct port the methanol and go standalone to control everything and 4 EGT's for each cylinder and probaly have a better chance of making it work as for us were putting back the innercooler and putting 1 nozzle back 10gph and working with that...
