2G Meth kit jet location

So I'm in the process of researching a meth kit and everything I see says to put the jets approx 6" from the tb. My problem is everyone who has one puts it in the tb elbow with a stock tb. I'm running a 74mm tb and have a silicone 90 off of the tb then I have my bov with the iat sensor.
So my question is can I put it farther away and still have the same benefits?
I was thinking of putting it just below my iat sensor(on the side closer to the fmic)

Just not sure if it'll be too far away from the tb.

They make bungs that are designed to be installed on silicone couplers.
I see them all the time on local diesels that have no piping at all just silicone.

These only work for low boost any thing over 20psi they're garbage, blows the coupler open which is no good while you're injecting/misting methenol.

As for placement I've done both, TB location and 6" back from TB and no change. I inject meth post IAT but lots inject pre IAT so your IAT sensor get the cooling effect of the atomized methenol. I've not seen a negative having it after my IAT senson.

This the kit I use and it's very robust and reliable which is something you need when using methenol. Also the customer service is great and the owner is very knowledgeable.

So if I place it post my iat sensor it should still be affective. Even though it's over 6"s away from the tb?

Wouldn't it be better and more efficient to put a jet in each runner on the intake manifold? Because then number 1 would get the same amount as the rest. I've read that if you just put it at the elbow then it's a possibility that number 1 wouldn't get as much as 432. Just my thought on it.

Not true. It will work in each runner as it will in the UICP, but a big thing is choosing a system with a nozzle that will atomize the meth efficiently. You want the atomized meth to look like a fog. I tested a couple nozzles couple years back and the nozzles Alky Control uses by far are the best I've seen for atomizing meth. My 2psi

By running 4 jets, one in each runner, you can run more water/methanol than 2 jets in the throttle body elbow with the added bonus of perfect distribution. That's just the way I see it. I'm not saying that putting it in the TB won't work..
