Melted AC fan 2X.....now what?

I melted my AC fan blade 2X is there an aluminum fan blade out there that wont melt? i have a manifold heat sheild on. Any other sugestions.

Slim fans, fans that pull better, or wire it so your fans are always on.

I would consider wrapping my manifold, down-pipe, o2 housing, and exhaust housing in heat wrap. STM DEI Exhaust wrap

It would help keep your under hood temps down considerably. You may also want to make sure that you have ducting directing cool air into your radiator. Last thing would be to purchase a vented hood.
