2G Megasquirt with no RPM signal

I installed a 1G CAS, I'm installing the MS2 and I'm a little confused on what wires from the 1G CAS gives off the TDC and the RPM's... Can someone please help me....

Ok now I'm getting an RPM signal into the megasquirt, but still no start... I've talked to Matt Cramer and he looked at my MSQ and Datalog and said that my TPS readings are higher than the TPS flood clear threshold, does anyone know how to change the readings of the TPS using MS2???

go to tools and calibrate TPS and follow instructions

Yea I got that, but Now I'm not getting a RPM signal with the 1G CAS... I bought the RRE wireharness and hooked it up and the white wire to the MS and still not RPM...
