I just ordered the H&R springs and I will be doing the install by myself. Is there anything out of the ordinary I should know about before I do this?

As far as springs go, I can only comment on Eibach, as I have had both Sportline (a little to low, but decent ride) and Pro Kit (perfect height for my taste, fine for DD). I have ,however, had the Koni yellows on for over 10 years, with absolutely no problems. I spent over $600 back then, but in my opinion, worth every penny.

I have taken an interest in the HR oe sport springs, but I cant find spring rate information to "verify" any of the claims about them so far. I also plan to pick up the koni s while on sale, and for now I will be running them with my eibach sportlines. I hate these springs with my agxs, but I will be upgrading in stages. First the konis, later comes the coilover sleeves, springs, spherical bearing plates, etc. Either that or a nice set of springs, and call it a day.

As soon as my springs come in I'll do a before and after photo. My passenger rear strut mount is destroyed. I was suprised to see how bad that thing is. I think my car has more garage time and down time than driving time.ROFL Anyone else have the same problem?

I know there is some info out there on intalling all of this but on the 2G is there any tips or tricks to get this to go faster and about how long should this take with an average person doing this? I'm Air Force and I have a very nice car shop that I can take it to and use their lifts and air tools if needed.
