Megan M-GT and M-N1 (What is the difference?)

The title of the thread pretty covers it! I was thinking the N1 is a replica of the Apexi N1 but I am not so sure about the M-GT. My first guess is HKS Hi Power. Just need some confirmation.

Also, which one gives off the best tone? I know it is personal preference but I still would like some opinions.

That system has the N1 muffler as do all Megans cat backs. I am most interested in the m-gt. What is that one a replica of?

I have a real n1 and i have had a fake n1.. I liked the fake n1s sound better. It was alot deeper and when it got high in rpms it was still deep. The real n1 is deep but seems like it looses it deepness or sound in general up top... I love the n1 sound.
