i just order a 3" megan DP and punischments o2 dump now someone told me that the only problem they had w/ the downpipe was there is a hole to bolt the DP to the block, that did not fit and he had to remove it, just wondering if any one had that problem

I removed mine, but that was because of the bolt itself - it was somewhat stripped. You don't need it, anyways.
