If I install an MBC (and 1G BOV) on an otherwise stock 2G GS-T, and set the boost at 15psi, am I really going to *feel* any difference?
I don't mean a "well, kinda felt better, maybe a bit" kinda difference, I mean will I definately feel it pull harder? Has anyone done this and gone "whoa!" afterwards?
I don't drag it, so I don't care if it measures .1 seconds quicker in the quarter. I'd only do it if I can feel an obvious difference during my daily commute.
So... is an MBC worth it right now?
BTW: I pulled the BCS restriction out, and didn't notice a thing, so either the stock 2G BOV is leaking the extra psi, or the couple extra psi just isn't noticable. I fear the same result from an MBC, since I read that I can't safely go past 15psi on stock injectors/pump. But 15psi = +4psi = +28hp, right? I mean, ya GOTTA feel that, yes?
