1G MBC HELP?:L

Quick background: So my car 94 gsx 6/4 combo was boosting 14 psi when I got it(stock), no mbc or anything. When I rebuilt the motor and slapped it back in and it only does 9-10 psi idk why so I got an mbc now, and hooked it up and it does infinite boost at the bottom click? ive done a boost leak and smoke test and everything holds, im wanting to run 13-14 psi safley but seems like the boost keeps crawling, btw mhi big 16g turbo (had same issues when oe 14b was on as well)

Anyone? And now after adding a hard uip, to the stock side mount, at first just did 8-9, but now it does 6-7? (This is with out the mbc, as the mbc does infinite boost)

i hope you hooked up the mbc correctly?

there are two kinds of mbcs, i just forgot their names, but setting each up is quite not the same.

I had the same problem and It was because I hooked it up backwards turns it around and problem whent away

well now, i got a cel, and i believe its 43 which is egr?.. could that be related? now only seeing 6-7 psi of boost

would help if we knew what type of boost controller you got.
I'm familiar with the hallman.
Every post you are dropping more and more psi. Are you sure you did a boost leak test.
