My car is stock except for boost...air/fuel gauges(and tires)I am trying to save a little money and go with the 1g bov, and a manual boost controller....sooo my questions are:
Does the 1G bolt right onto the intercooler pipe?
How much boost can it hold...i heard 22-30...?

The MBC-2a is a boost controller on dejon tool.com that switches from lo to hi prest levels...is this a good mbc?

thanx for answering my questions...or if you have a better suggestion on my choice of mods. feel free to tell me.. :dsm:

you will have to crush the 1g bov to hold that kind of pressure, not sure if it will bolt up but more than likly it will

The 1g bov doesn't bolt right up you have to get an adapter or a different uip like I did and get rid of that crappy plastic one.

Replace the UICP with a set from Dejon when you upgrade to the 1st gen CBV. If you don't want a complete set, get just the L pipe and make sure they flange it for a 1st gen.
