Mazda Protege lip fits 92-94 Talons yes!!

Any good body shop will extend the side's. I think it's a small price to pay since no one make's a lip for the 1g car's. And yes it just bolt's on.

to all questions of will it fit this or that, it will fit any 92-94 eclipse, laser, or talon, dsm made them all, and the size of the bumpers is exact same on all 1g dsms, not to sure about the 90-91 years though, i think they changed in 92 besides the headlights.

Anyone know or find a company that sells the OEM Mazda front lip? I wonder if this would mean the aftermarket lips for the Mazda would fit also.... seems like they would

Ok man...I have a 93 bumper cover and I went and held it up to my 91 TSI and the bottom dimensions look the same. I am goonna order one and try it.. and if it works HOTTALON92 I have u MAD props

ok it is a factory option mazdastuff.com has them but for $251 I imagine someone some where has them in their car.. and i do not even wanna think about the shipping i will keep looking

the only problem is that its to short from the sides so they dont go all the way back.

ok... I was wrong and right..it is a factory part..but only JDM..that is why it costs so much. And some good news.. it can be shipped UPS, it does not have to go truck. As far as the sides not being long enough.. I do not care, I would figiuere something out

Just cut it. I will be in the body shop soon. But like I said It's worth the price to pay unless u can tell me were to get a lip for the 1st G And not one of those stupid front ends something with class the way the 1st g car's should have come with.

Well here it is. Finished product I did this my self on Sunday And I have never did any body work before. Cost $36CND To finish off this lip. If any wants to know the products I used let me know and I will e-mail it to you.

Really, really good find Hottalon. 3 years down the road and nobody ever knew this.

And your best bet is probably to get a 2001 out of a junkyard with rear end damage. That's what I'm going to be on the lookout for now.

Btw; please just post the products and process up about how you do it. I'm sure everyone reading this topic is wondering how it is done by now.

Just an idea. Take the lip to a place and make a mold of it. Then have the place extend it and manufacture a lot Because I know many people will be interested

seams a bit pricey to me... you can buy a whole aftermarket bumper for like $250 or so. think id rather have the bigger bumper (for a FMIC)


just my opinion but it does look nice
if it was about $100-$150 id probably pick one up till i got my bodykit.
