Tail Lights- 92 GSX to 1GB Talons

I've got a 1GB 92 GSX, I prefer the looks of the tail lights on the 1GB Talons. Will they fit on my Eclipse without modifications? Do I have to also replace the bumper? Any info would be appreciated!

If you want the center section, You will hafto change the bumper. You can put the tail lights in, But on the inner corner ends at the bottom, There is a very small downward lip. If you get them, Get annodized red and spray them red, This way the ugly orange will not be there no more.

On my old 92 Talon I sprayed the tail lights with a "candy red" translucent paint that I bought at an art supply store. The paint held up VERY well, looked great, and didn't dim the lights at all. If you stood behind the car and looked down at the tail lights you could see a slight hint of where the orange was, but that was only at that angle.

Like this. With annodized red spray paint .

Edit: It will not let me upload a pic, I'm sure there are pictures in my gallery of my tail lights. I just scuffed them up a bit and sprayed them. They look just like STOCK except the orange is no longer there, It is all one color I actually just masked off the red and did the orange, But it blended right in you cannot tell what was painted and what was not, Same color.

Dont doubt someone unless you have tried it

did this on my old civic to rid the tails of orange..

I just bought a thin model candy apple paint from mejier's for $3. It was in a mini spray can. Its a translucent paint so its pretty thin.. i just did one coat over the whole tail so that all the red matches good. Lit up perfect and never got hastled from cops.
