Just wondering if anyone has experience with these rods? Manley h beams with upgraded 625 rod bolts.they look to be good for the 650-750whp range but will they take a rev range of 9k?

They should be fine I have the h beam in my 6 Bol but it hasn't been ran yet but from experience in the auto machine shop I work at h be rods can be spun hard we use them in a lot of v-8s and they'd do fine even bbc revs to 7-8k an figure on smaller motor can spin harder and faster it all depends on your set up, h beam rods with a good crank and pistons will take u where eve I need and a stroker will make it easier your more likely to break a spring or drop a valve in those cases as they take more punishment but just remember to do it right! Mistakes at 9,000 are extreamly devistating !!! I've seen the after math

Marginal benefits compared to the standard bolts in a turbo application. You'd be better putting the money towards a set of billet rods where you'll see a better benefit in the strength of the beam. In a turbocharged engine the rod bolts aren't strained/stretched as much because of the "cushion" of air. In an n/a engine the rod bolts have to work against the inertia of the reciprocating mass. This force is greatly lessened by the cushion.
