1G Manley H-beam Rods torque specifications

Pretty straight forward. I cant find the proper torque specifications for the 6-bolt rods. I don't have the sheet, a shop did the work with these rods, but it spun a bearing in 5 miles. Now 5 years later, I'm rebuilding the engine. I had the rods checked out by a local machine shop it's all good. I just need to make sure that they are torqued down properly. I've found 100 wishy-washy "I thinks it is X", "My friend did Y lb-fts", etc. etc. etc. But nothing solid.

What rod bolts? ARP usually has the proper stretch values on their website. My buddy and I started building his ej25 and the arp2000 bolts needed 50ft lbs to reach proper stretch.
