Well its been awhile since ive updated my journal. The new clutch is broken in now and it feels great much better then when I first purchased the car. As far as bad things the HID kit i put on the car had a problem and melted alot of the wiring. I have no idea how it happened since the wires that melted were right under the intake.

Burned 80 bucks on that. Installed the new vc which looks awsome.

But couple days later the vc is leaking oil. After taking it off i find cracks next to a bolt hole and next to the cams. When i lifted it off a piece from the inside of the vc fell off. Thank God it didnt fall off into the head when it was on. 100 burned on that one.
Next I ordered an o2 dump to help with boost creep and so i wouldnt have to port my stock one was a cheap buy.

When i was removing the manifold to turbo bolts one of
them snapped. It took me 4 calls to diff machine shops and then finally someone accepted. The guy drilled all of it out accept waht was in the threads and said he didnt wanna mess with it any more then that. Since he didnt finish the job he told me it was free of charge. Next machine shop got it all out and told me he had tapped it... didnt. But oh well now i can finally put it all back together.

Well I rush home with the turbo and put it all back together and start the car up. Sounds good so i give it a rev. Jump out the car to check things out and what do I see? Four quarts of royal purple on the ground. So i rush and turn the car off and find where the leak is comin from. Somehow the 90 degree fitting on the turbo with ss line goin to oil filter had a big crack in it. After some advice from helpful members here on tuners i got it all resolved. Tho my heart did drop and I felt disgusted when I saw the oil laying there im glad it all got done. Definantly felt a difference from the ported evo 3 manifold. Acceleration felt a bit better. o2 dump was a lil loud for my taste but ive gotten used to it.
