What a day, and i still have to do the rear trailing arm bushings!
Ended up having to remove the turbo to get the stock O2 housing off. The turbo to manifold gasket went and there are none on island so i had to make one with some Felpro graphite high temp stuff. It's holding great so far, though i have not run boost through it yet.
The down pipe is for a 2g GSX so i knew it would need a little modification.

I ended up cutting the step down off the exhaust and having an S pipe made up to connect the exhaust with the front part of the down pipe. No mandrel benders on island so its the best i could do on short notice. Maybe i might get the ambition to pizza slice it later on but i doubt it. The bends are under 40* anyway

It clears the oil pan and the transfer case well so i am happy

Doing the front lower control arm bushings i found out that the front bushings had already been changed and after the fact i suspect the rear bushings were ralliart. Put the new Super Flex eccentric bushing in for some added castor. Looks like i can stack washers between this mount and the chassis too to gain castor if i ever really need it.
