Picture I did over the summer one day when I was bored. No filters, just doing shadows, highlighting, and doing effects/color with the pen tool. Takes awhile, but it gave me something to do. I never did the shadows and highlights on the red car.

Cell shading does give a cooler effect, but is more time consuming. I'm just a busy graphic design student, so I really didn't have too much time to cell shade, but for anyone that wants to learn how. http://www.photoshop101.com/tutorial/image-effects/1659/
