1G Major Coolant Leak

I drove home today and my 1ga spilled a lot of coolant from the engine near the timing cover. This all happen in matter of a minute i got a huge puddle underneath. It had a loose pulley or bad bearing sound. I thought it was the power steering pump or AC. I cut the AC belt but the next day this happen. The oil looks clean and the oil cap looks clean, no milky stuff. Is it the water pump?

It is probably the water pump, Is the pulley wobbly or loose?

I took off the belts. The water pump pulley seems stuck. I cannot make a full turn. So that must be it. I was afraid it was the head gasket. I've had my share of bad luck with that.
