maintance to do while the engine is out

i have not been able to find a list of everything that needs to be done around a 100,000 mile service. I have the engine out of the car so i can paint the engine bay. Also have tranny out to send off to get rebuilt. Its a 95 gst with a 110,000 on it. I want to do everything i can do with the engine out. I know it needs a front seal, waterpump, valve seals. What else should I do to it to while i have it on the stand. What about that balance shaft eliminator? The plans for the car is to keep it on the street but set it up for drag. needs to hold up to around 350hp.

ALL gaskets and seals, timing belt, water pump, oil pump, balance belt.

Check all power steering components, as well as the steering rack. Make sure there's no steering fluid leaks. Check hoses and the pump. Replace o-rings for A/C if you're going to keep it. Check the condition of master and slave cylinders for transmission.

Freeze plugs might be a good idea too, I know that sounds a little extreme but would rather do it now than spring a coolant leak later, trust me, I know from experience.

Replace ALL the rubber parts, hoses, vac tubes, etc... Rubber degrades after 13 years in high heat/cold/salt/fuel conditions.

You know if the engine has good compression numbers, I wouldn't do any rebuild involving the cylinders/rings or headgasket.

I always do freeze plugs, usually they're not too expensive...

Yes freeze plugs are cheap enough.

balance shaft belt (or just put a balance shaft elimination kit)
t-belt auto tensioner,and all the tensioner pulleys.
Crankshaft pulley (they have problems of separating,which could cause some problems.
Headgasket as well with some ARP Headstuds
water pump
Freez plugs
all coolant and vac lines
