Main Bearings

Anyone ever use Enginetech Main bearings. Says they are tri metal. made in Israel. I dont think they actually make the bearings they are just repackaged from some other mf. They have no name on them like ACL or Clevite ones.

I have used lots of Enginetech parts, they will be fine for a stock rebuild, if your going for much more HP than stock.. get some clevite or King or ACL

just talked to my supplier and he said engintech are made by king bearings and that ACL is emerging from bankruptcy and having problems in their supply chain in short they are hard to come by.

Then you're good for much more hp. just keep them well lubricated

well enginetech are "cheap" parts when compaired to Speed pro, ACL,clevite fel-pro
there is a much larger profit margin on enginetech than the others

I just searched ebay, 4g63 Bearings ACl... and had a return if 82 items, so I do not see where ther be much of an issue to get them

yes king does make the bearings for enginetech, but I am not sure if the ET bearings are made from the materials that King uses in there named bearings.
