ok guys im running an safc2 with a maft. right now im on stock injectors. im installing a bushur front mount next tuesday. The gm sensor should be in the middle of throttle body elbow and the bov correct? im also wondering if there any settings i need to set on the translator for it to be blow threw or is it automaticly when its in the upper intercooler pipe? im also wondering how people running the maft with the safc2 if they have any problems with 650 injecotrs. should i pretty much tune fuel with one or the other or both ? thanks for the info guys.

That is correct, MAF is placed after the BOV before the throttle plate. Once you put it in and connect the translator, it should be ready to roll; you don't need to change anything to make it blow through. I'd set everything at stock values on the translator and just tune with the AFC.

I suggest you dig up the instructions that came with your MAFT and dial it in for the 650's you are installing also. Then screw the cover back on the MAFT and do all your fine tuning with the SAFC2. That is how I ran for over a year before getting DSMLink. You DON'T need to adjust any settings for the MAFT to be in a blow thru setup vs. a draw thru setup.

Good luck and happy tuning!!

so the maf goes in between the elbow and the bov right?
