I am tuning my buddies cars MAFT to get it to run well enough to get to his place. He has a 16g, a front mount, a 3 inch GM MAF and MAFT, a manual boost controller, and an SAFC. I have the SAFC set to base values (zero across the board in lo and hi throttle).
The car jerks around like it is hitting fuel cut when you get to about 7 lbs boost.
The MAFT seems to be thinking its running at cruise or mid all the time because the green light is always on but dim. His idle seems a little high but not monsterously so (900-1000 rpm). Any one have any ideas?
