MAF Translator version 1.3 .. car bucking like a bronco!

I previously had a problem getting it started, not its starts, but bucks like im on a raging bronco, only when it gets to about 2k i can shift out of it and it will stop until it hits 2k???? ive looked around and have not found any issues that relate to the ones im having with the setup im running, so if anyone has any ideas?

running a gm maft version 1.3(inline with intake 3.5'')
eprom ecu from ( 95 )
636cc injectors

maft translator is set to 5 for aux and base.

the idle is stuck at 2k also for some reason, im just dumbfounded!!!

first spin around the block it ran like a champ just no boost because te coupler came off,

second trip coupler was on , then the bucking started, maybe not getting boost? i have the mbc down really low 4 clicks from completely off, i turned it up alittle it then it sounded and felt like i hit a brick wall and the engine sounded like it hit one as well!

now it does nothing but buck after 2k

have you read this, how is your car being tuned, any boost leaks.

any fault lights of maft when you switch key to on? try filming with phone and checking video

Do a Boost leak test and report back... .

anyone know where to find a write up on mbc, boost gauge? all i can find is written not pictures with writen information. Also im going to make boost leak tester tomorrow. anyone know symptoms of a fried turbo? it has no shaft play, but white smoke was coming from it on start up and im not really hearing it spool

try turning your biss screw in, it is used for idle adjustment.

My friends car did this when he had a bad MAF I'd check that if nothing else works.

Do you have Mode switch 1 in the ON position and switch 2 in the OFF position (for 3.5" MAF)?

Do you have any cels, if its stuck did you adjust the throttle cable? Any more information on your car, or set up, any way to tune it, perhaps, plugs, wires, loose couplers?

I had that problem with my car when I had the dip switch in the wrong setting. Had a 2g tune with my 2g maf and when i put the gm maf on I set it for 1g. Bucked like a rodeo bronco. Flipped the switch, ran smooth as a top. I would check that. i think its switch 1 of the 4 as stated above. and the 2nd was for 3.5" or 3.0" all of which need to be in the correct position to function correctly. Being that you drove it once and a coupler blew, I doubt that would be the case. Have you tested the MAF to make sure its good? Also make sure a wire didnt come loose or anything. Also make sure your joints are good and tight where the wires connect. If you have a pnp connector make sure its tight.

Resolved !!! Blown Coupler on the under side of pipes!!! No longer bucks, but she idles at 2500k no matter how I adjust the biss(bad throttle body ?) Coolant light comes on even though coolant level and temp is fine, and oil on valve cover !(cracked bolt somewhere?) ....thinking about giving hear sea foam, and putting my extra throttle body and valve cover on her ........
